When you have placed your order you will receive email confirmation of your request within 2 working days.

You will receive a Paypal request for the hire cost, and a

refundable deposit.

Please note: Your order is not confirmed until we receive payment. Payment should be made within 7 days of a request being issued, if payment is not received after 7 days your order will not be processed.

Our delivery service ensures that you will receive your goods 2 days prior to the hire date.

After the hire date you have 2 days to return goods, unless by prior arrangement with The Pudding Club.

*Failure to return goods on time will result in an additional charge

of £20 per day.

Your deposit will be refunded in full* on reciept of the returned goods.

*A charge may be debted from deposit for any damage to goods.
